The Flo is TheRec’s lightest running cap at approximately 33 grams — ultralight recycled nylon shell, UPF 50+ protection, unstructured build that packs flat into any pocket. The Altitude windbreaker compresses into a vest pocket and works as a standalone shell for Indian trail days between 5–20°C, or as an inner layer under a down jacket in snow and negative temperatures.
