TheRec Returns & Refunds Policy
TheRec offers hassle-free 7-day returns on eligible items. Contact gearcrew@therecreations.com to start a return — don't send items back without prior approval.
What is TheRec's return window?
7 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this window by emailing gearcrew@therecreations.com with your order number.
What condition does the item need to be in to qualify?
Items must be undamaged, unworn, and returned with all original hangtags intact and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
How do I start a return?
Email gearcrew@therecreations.com with your order number and reason for return. The TheRec team will confirm approval and guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without receiving approval first.
How long do refunds take?
Once TheRec receives and inspects your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes. Email gearcrew@therecreations.com within 7 days of delivery and the team will arrange the exchange.
What items cannot be returned?
- Final sale items
- Discounted or promotional products
- Items marked "non-returnable" at point of sale
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
